The most common girl name is Zaya in the country I live in, which is Mongolia. Most people seem to find the name appealing.

Even though Mayur is most popular name for boy and Mrs. Mayur will be for girl,

and Sophie I believe is #1 girls...if not then in the top 5. (and if we had a girl she would have been Sophie)....but not because it's popular, because we liked both those names and did not know of their popularity.
